FULL BRAND IDENTITY AND WEBSITE REFRESH

JDBNOW (parent company J.D. Byrider) had an aged-out website with cookie-cutter “buy here pay here” language that did not distinguish this local dealership or its customer-centric philosophy. I worked with key stakeholders to tap into the specific JDBNOW customer target and discover and define key differentiating brand features. With these elements as my north star, I crafted copy that highlighted company values in a personally engaging way while bucking some of the stigma around typical used-car dealers.
